Goalpost Finance — Coaching Services Agreement
Last updated: September 2026
1. Services
Goalpost Finance provides personal financial coaching services on a virtual basis. Services include budget planning, debt payoff strategy, bi-weekly coaching calls, and unlimited text/email support between sessions. All services are delivered by Sam Krupit, founder of Goalpost Finance. Unlimited text and email support is provided during normal business hours. Responses will be delivered within one business day.
2. Not Financial Advice
Financial coaching is educational and motivational in nature. Sam Krupit is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, tax professional, or attorney. Nothing provided through Goalpost Finance constitutes investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for those needs.
Free tools and calculators. Goalpost Finance offers free educational tools on this website, including calculators and the “Before You Borrow” decision-support tool. These tools provide educational estimates based on the information you enter, stated assumptions, and standard financial formulas. They are illustrations, not guarantees, quotes, offers of credit, lending decisions, credit approvals, or individualized financial advice. Actual rates, terms, program availability, and outcomes are determined solely by the financial institutions involved — only a lender or creditor can tell you what you qualify for. Goalpost Finance does not sell financial products and receives no commissions or referral fees related to any option a tool describes. You are solely responsible for any financial decision you make, and you should verify all figures against your actual statements and offer documents before acting.
3. Payment
All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By enrolling, client authorizes automatic monthly charges to their payment method until the coaching relationship ends or the plan is canceled. Payments are due on the same date each month. Failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.
4. Cancellation
Any ongoing coaching plan may be canceled at any time by emailing sam@goalpostfinance.com. No advance notice or early termination fee is required. Future scheduled payments will be canceled when the request is received. No refunds are provided for partial months already billed, except as described in the refund policy below.
5. Refund Policy
A payment may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours after it is successfully processed, provided the first paid coaching session has not begun. Once that 24-hour period expires, or once the first paid coaching session begins, whichever occurs first, the payment is nonrefundable.
Goalpost Finance may choose, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund outside this policy in exceptional circumstances. A discretionary refund does not waive this policy or create an obligation to provide a similar refund in the future. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.
6. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed without 24 hours notice are forfeited and cannot be made up. Sam will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
7. Confidentiality
All financial information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. Goalpost Finance will not disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
8. Session Availability
Sessions are provided during active, paid billing periods. Unused sessions do not roll over, transfer, or carry monetary value after a plan is canceled or the coaching relationship ends.
9. Limitation of Liability
Goalpost Finance and Sam Krupit are not responsible for financial outcomes resulting from coaching. Clients are solely responsible for their financial decisions. Goalpost Finance's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing period.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Polk County, Florida.
11. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Client and Goalpost Finance regarding the coaching services described herein and supersede any prior conversations, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goalpost Finance LLC and Sam Krupit from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) any financial decision made by Client during or after the coaching relationship, whether or not based on guidance provided by Goalpost Finance; (b) Client's use of or reliance on any content, strategy, recommendation, or information provided through Goalpost Finance; or (c) Client's breach of these Terms. Client acknowledges that all financial decisions are solely their own responsibility and that no specific financial outcome is guaranteed.
13. Client Financial Documents
Clients may voluntarily provide financial documents — including but not limited to bank statements, credit reports, and account summaries — for the purpose of supporting the coaching engagement. These documents are used solely to inform coaching services and are not disclosed to any third party without the Client's explicit written consent. Documents shared with Goalpost Finance are stored within the secure Goalpost Finance client portal. Upon termination of the coaching relationship for any reason, Client financial documents will be permanently deleted from Goalpost Finance systems within 30 days. Clients may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting sam@goalpostfinance.com. Goalpost Finance implements reasonable security measures to protect client data; however, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely without risk, and Client acknowledges this when voluntarily sharing financial documents.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before initiating formal proceedings, the party raising a dispute must provide written notice to the other party and allow 30 days to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Goalpost Finance shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. Arbitration shall take place in Polk County, Florida, or virtually by mutual agreement.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Client and Goalpost Finance each waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. Either party may bring qualifying individual claims in small claims court in lieu of arbitration.
15. Agreement
By completing payment on this website, client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
